The Nordzucker AG whistleblowing system
Nordzucker, one of the leading European sugar manufacturers, prioritizes lawful, sustainable and moral conduct. As a company with more than 3,200 employees worldwide, we take our company values – responsibility, dedication, courage and appreciation – very seriously.
Consequently, we would like to encourage all of our employees, customers, suppliers and other interested parties to help us detect malpractice and illegal business practices. This especially includes issues such as corruption and bribery, fraud/offences against property and assets, violations of environment, product safety or safety & health regulations, behaviour that may cause inaccurate or false results of financial accounting or audits, sexual harassment, violation of competition or data protection law and breaches of the Nordzucker code of conduct.
You can use this whistleblowing system (BKMS® System) to address these issues openly and – if you wish – anonymously. Reports submitted via this system are treated with strict confidentiality. This whistleblowing system must not be used to knowingly submit false or slanderous statements or information. It must always be used responsibly.
If there is an immediate danger to life and limb, please immediately report this to your supervisors or the police. The whistleblowing system is not the right channel in such cases.
