How can you send us a message?

If you want to send us a message, click on the “Tell us!” button on the left. You do not have to tell us your name to send a message

The reporting process includes 4 steps:

1. On the first page, tick the box to agree that SOS saves information about you (for example, your name or your age), if you decide to share this information with us in your message. Next, we ask you what we call a “security question.” To answer this question, you just have to enter the characters that appear on your screen.
2. On the second page, you can tell us what happened. We will also ask a few questions to help us better understand. Click on the “Send” button to send us your message.
3. On the third page, you will see a number, which confirms that you sent us your message.
4. Finally, check your online postbox. This postbox will let us communicate with you. In this postbox, you can read our answer to your message and send us more messages, if you want.

If you do not want us to know who you are, you can also choose a fantasy name (not your real name) like “DonaldDuck.” If you want to check if we have sent you a message to your online postbox, click on the “My postbox” button on the left.

Do we need to know your name?

No, you do not have to tell us your name to send us a message. You can use your online postbox without telling us who you are.
