Please do not provide us with any information if this is punishable under the law of your country. This applies in particular to the disclosure of state secrets.

Retaliation against employees (or any individual who has a business relationship with Siemens Energy) who raise compliance concerns in good faith and to the best of their knowledge is strictly prohibited. If you have reason to believe that you have been subjected to retaliation, please notify your Compliance Officer or the Compliance Team, or submit a report via Speak Up under the category “Other violations”. Providing knowingly false or misleading information in a Speak Up report may result in serious consequences to the reporter.
