Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH

Together against risks – to protect our company

The Sartorius Compliance Management System is designed to ensure that all legal regulations, codes and internal Sartorius guidelines are observed. To create more clarity about the desired behavior and thus contribute to prevention, we have introduced the Sartorius Code of Conduct and the Sartorius Anti-Corruption Code at all Group companies. These regulations contain binding minimum standards for law-abiding and ethical behavior for all employees worldwide, as well as our behavioral guidelines for dealing with corruption.

Another component of our compliance management system is the Whistleblower Portal, which you can now access from our home page. Through this portal, employees, customers, suppliers, and other external partners can report unlawful conduct such as anti-competitive behavior, corruption, discrimination, violations of human rights and environmental due diligence obligations, or questionable practices in their environment, or conduct that does not comply with our codes or policies.

The highly secure communication platform is provided by an external provider specializing in the secure and confidential handling of sensitive content. It allows you to contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world - and to play an active role in protecting our company.

You can choose to submit your tip with your name or anonymously. As we are committed to open communication with our employees and external partners, we would appreciate and encourage you to disclose your identity. This will make it easier to resolve the matter. In any case, your information will be kept strictly confidential and processed promptly. Of course, you also have the option of using our established reporting channels via the Sartorius Compliance Team or managers.

The sense of responsibility and vigilance of each individual can help actively promote transparency and integrity at Sartorius. Please help us to protect our company from damaging behavior.

Sincerely yours
Sartorius Compliance Team
