Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH

Joining Together to Protect Our Company Against Risks

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Sartorius Compliance System is intended to ensure that all statutory rules, codes of behaviour and internal guidelines of our company are upheld. To ensure greater clarity regarding the desired behaviour and as a measure to aid in prevention, we have introduced the Sartorius Code of Conduct and the Sartorius Anti-Corruption Code in all companies of the group. These codes contain minimum standards for legal and ethical behaviour as well as our guidelines for dealing with corruption and are binding for all employees worldwide.

Another component of our compliance system is the whistleblower portal, of which this is the start page. This portal offers an opportunity for employees, customers, suppliers and other external partners to notify us of illegal behaviour such as anticompetitive practices, corruption and discrimination as well as dubious activities in their environment or behaviour that does not conform to our codes or guidelines.

This specially secured communication platform is administered by an external provider who is specialised in secure and confidential handling of sensitive information. Here, you can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make an active contribution to protecting our company.
You may choose to submit your report anonymously or to include your name. Since we endeavour to maintain open communication with our employees, members and partners, we would be pleased if you revealed your identity and encourage you to do so. This simplifies the process of investigating the issue. In all cases, your information will be handled promptly and in the strictest confidentiality. Naturally, the established reporting paths via the compliance department remain open to you.

Every individual can contribute to actively promoting transparency and integrity at Sartorius through vigilance and a sense of responsibility. Please help us protect our company against harmful behaviour.

Sincerely,
Jens M. Artelt,
Vice President Legal Affairs & Compliance

Why should I submit a report?
What types of reports help your organisation?
How will my report be processed? What is a postbox and how do I open one?
How can I receive a reply, yet at the same time remain anonymous?
