Beiersdorf AG

Speak up. We care.

Our brands stand for trust and high quality. Observing the law and our internal guidelines is a core part of our business culture and at the heart of the trust that our customers, consumers, and employees place in us every day.

Dessi Temperley
„Four Core Values are at the heart of everything we do – Care, Trust, Simplicity, and Courage. Together, they represent our way of how we want to win in the market – always compliant in our behavior; and even further, following high ethical standards.
The BKMS® platform is designed to ensure that this concept is adhered to as we move forward and that our work continues to be based on these ethical principles. The Executive Board encourages you to speak up about misconduct that you feel needs to be addressed and to make use of the platform or any other reporting channel you feel comfortable with.“

Beiersdorf has an interest in learning about compliance violations in order to maintain the company's integrity and to avoid potential reputational damage to our brands.

Our employees, customers, suppliers, and other business partners can use our secure whistleblowing system (BKMS® System) to submit reports on the topics below.

  • Manipulation of accounting and internal reporting
  • Corruption
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Fraud/ Breach of trust/ Embezzlement/ Theft
  • Antitrust law infringements
  • Data protection infringements
  • Tax infringements
  • Customs infringements
  • Securities trading/ insider trading

Please note: The whistleblowing system is not designed to handle emergency calls. Please use the public emergency call system if there is a direct risk to people.

Whistleblowers can submit reports worldwide at any time of day or night. The BKMS® System will enable you to stay anonymous if you so wish, as long as you do not enter any data that permits you to be identified. Naturally you can choose to submit your name and hence make it easier to establish the facts of the case. Your report will be sent to the Corporate Auditing and Corporate Compliance Management departments. Reports relating to the data protection, tax, customs, and securities trading/ insider trading categories will be passed on to the relevant in-house department for examination and investigation.

Please use the whistleblowing system responsibly. Please only provide information if you are convinced of its accuracy to the best of your knowledge and belief.

You can of course also still submit reports on potential compliance violations using existing employee reporting methods (such as via your superiors or the Compliance Hotline).

Why should I submit a report?
What sorts of report can be submitted?
How does a report work and how do I set up a postbox?
How can I receive an answer but still remain anonymous?
