BSH Hausgeräte GmbH

BSH has a clear position: we refuse to engage in any business that infringes applicable law, internal guidelines or the standards to which BSH subscribes - and this applies to our entire organization worldwide. Compliance can only be effective if it is fully embraced by all employees of BSH-Group.

Violations of compliance rules can cause severe damage to BSH. Therefore, BSH values an open company culture and encourages every employee who is aware of compliance risks or violations to report their suspicion to an appropriate contact within the company. Besides the Lawyer of Trust or the local compliance officer you can use this Trust and Tell System for reporting.

The Trust and Tell System offers a secure reporting portal which allows a safe and confidential sharing of information at any time and from anywhere in the world. All reports will be processed in a confidential manner ("need-to-know-principle").

BSH prefers to receive reports from named sources; however, the Trust and Tell System will accept anonymous reports as well but only if the seriousness of the facts is established and the factual elements are sufficiently detailed. In addition, BSH has set up specific additional guarantees in the event of alerts.

The reporting system must be used in a responsible manner. Abuse of the Trust and Tell System will not be tolerated. Misuse of the system can lead to disciplinary action and legal proceedings.

Persons who can report are BSH employees and BSH's external partners.
