Compliance means adhering to statutory provisions whose breach could incur penalties under criminal or administrative law as well as the in-house rules derived from them. Breaches of compliance jeopardise the company and can lead to a loss of trust from employees, suppliers, clients and other business partners, as well as a loss of reputation for the company and its brand.

LEDVANCE respects the human rights of the people who are impacted by our business activities, our business relationships and our products and services. Our Corporate Social Responsibility Guidelines and our Code of Conduct for LEDVANCE Suppliers clearly express this. Please inform us if you believe that you or another person/company associated with LEDVANCE has suffered harm in any way, such as if persons have been threatened, harassed or discriminated against at the workplace; that environmental pollution has occurred; or that people have suffered negative consequences from our products and services. Please also inform us if you believe that there is a risk of such harm taking place so that we can initiate preventive measures.

LEDVANCE understands and respects its obligation to identify, clarify, and take appropriate action against breaches of compliance and violations of human rights. The whistleblowing system “LEDVANCE Integrity Line” can be used to inform us about possible violations. LEDVANCE employees and third parties alike can use LILi to report breaches of compliance and violations of human rights (an act known as “whistleblowing”).

As a former OSRAM division, LEDVANCE can look back on a long and successful history as a company. The integrity of our employees and managers at all levels has always played a major role in this success.

Please keep in mind that such a report might have negative consequences for LEDVANCE’s employees, suppliers, clients and business partners. Therefore, you should report an incident only if you have a well-founded suspicion that a breach of compliance or violation of human rights might exist.

Naturally, the information you provide will be treated confidentially. If you consciously and intentionally disclose your identity, please note that while your identity will be handled confidentially during all internal or extra-judicial steps of the process, we may be obligated under certain circumstances to inform accused persons of your identity after the conclusion of the investigation. To this end, LILi offers you a communication platform secured with the latest technology.
