Our TOI TOI & DIXI Gruppe whistleblowing system is operated by an external provider, EQS Group AG in Berlin. This external provider has no ability to view the content of your report. Incoming reports are handled exclusively by the Compliance department of TOI TOI & DIXI Group GmbH in strict confidentiality. Employees of TOI TOI & DIXI Group GmbH have no ability to identify the author of a report, unless you provide your name.

The Let us know! whistleblowing system is available to employees of the TOI TOI & DIXI Gruppe as well as third parties (customers, suppliers, etc.) for reporting violations of the law or the code or conduct – in particular illegal business practices. If you are not certain whether a violation has even occurred, you can obtain advice via this system.

We would like to encourage you to first take your concerns to people in your immediate working environment, such as your supervisor, the company management, the Human Resources department or the Compliance department.
