How can you send us a message?

Is there anything worrying you would like to let us know, for example about the situation of a child or young person? We, the Child and Youth Safeguarding Team at the International Office, are here to receive your concerns and we will deal with your message confidentially.

If you want to send us a message, click on the “Tell us!” button on the left. You do not have to tell us your name.

1. On the first page, tick the box to agree that SOS can save information about you (for example your name or your age), if you decide to share this information with us in your message. Next, we ask you what we call a “security question.” To answer this question, you must enter the characters that appear on your screen.
2. On the second page, click on the “Continue” button.
3. On the third page, you can tell us what happened. We will also ask a few questions to help us better understand. Click on the “Send” button to send us your message.
4. On the fourth page, you will see a number, which confirms that you sent us your message.
5. The system will automatically create an online postboxfor you. In this postbox you can read our answer to your message and send us further messages, if you want.

The system will ask you to choose a username and a password. You can also choose a fantasy name (not your real name) like “DonaldDuck” if you do not want us to know who you are. If you want to check if we have sent you a message to your online postbox, click on the “My postbox” button on the left.

Do we need to know your name?

No, you do not have to tell us your name to send us a message. You can also use your online postbox without telling us who you are.
