Our company prohibits any form of retaliation for reports made in good faith and with honest intention.
Please provide us with as detailed and specific information as possible about your concerns, as this can make a significant contribution to the resolution of the issue. We also request that you disclose whether the information provided is based on assumptions or facts.

Among other purposes, our whistleblowing system serves for reporting violations according to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HSchG), which covers the following report categories:

Reporting of violations of regulations in the areas of public procurement, financial services, financial products and financial markets as well as prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism, product safety and conformity, transportation safety, environmental protection, radiation protection and nuclear safety, food and animal feed safety, animal welfare and safety, public health, consumer protection, protection of privacy and personal data as well as the security of network and information systems, and the prevention and punishment of criminal offences under Sections 302 to 309 of the Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch).

Additional reporting categories are also offered, and the corresponding reports will be investigated. Please note that reports which do not fall under the report categories listed above are not covered within the scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HSchG).

Upon reporting, the report will be forwarded to authorised persons for investigation. Your concern will be followed confidentially and promptly.
